Job summary

Al Rais Investment Group seeks an experienced Assistant General Manager to oversee operations across Rent a Car, Delivery, Real Estate and Technology divisions in Dubai. You will report to the GM and drive performance.

Key responsibilities include leading Rent a Car and Fleet Operations, managing KPIs, budgets, and forecasts, and coordinating cross-divisional teams. You will develop business relationships, drive new revenue opportunities, and implement SOPs to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of management experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong Rent a Car/Fleet Management experience is mandatory.
• Experience managing multiple divisions or business sectors, preferably including Delivery, Real Estate, and Technology.
• Strong knowledge of fleet operations, revenue management, P&L, KPIs, and cost control.
• Proven leadership and business development experience.
• UAE driving license is required.
• Strong communication, analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of ERP, CRM, AI, and business management systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in managing multiple business divisions and achieving operational and financial targets.
• Lead Rent a Car and Fleet Operations, including fleet utilization, rental revenue, vehicle availability, maintenance, and customer service.
• Manage and coordinate Managers, Team Leaders, and operational teams across different divisions.
• Monitor KPIs, revenue, profitability, costs, and overall business performance.
• Support business development, corporate accounts, client relationships, and new revenue opportunities.
• Oversee operational issues, customer escalations, staff performance, and compliance.
• Support Delivery, Real Estate, and Technology operations and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Prepare and review management reports, budgets, forecasts, and performance updates.
• Implement SOPs and improve operational efficiency across the Group.
• Work closely with senior management on business planning, growth, and strategic initiatives.
