Job summary

Moove is seeking an Asset Coordinator to manage the lifecycle of fleet assets, including vehicles, charging equipment, tools, and depot inventory. You will coordinate registrations, insurance, maintenance, and disposal while ensuring compliance with RTA rules and internal policies.

You will liaise with workshops, vendors, and Finance to keep records audit-ready, and support the Fleet Operations Manager with timely, accurate information daily.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in fleet management, asset coordination, or vehicle operations, preferably in the UAE.
• Valid UAE driving licence, with at least 1 year of driving experience in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of RTA processes and UAE vehicle compliance requirements.
• Good working knowledge of vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repair coordination.
• Experience maintaining accurate records and working with asset management systems, databases, and tracking tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data across multiple systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines without things slipping.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends or outside standard hours to support urgent fleet requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all fleet assets, including vehicles, charging equipment, tools, and insurance policies.
• Coordinate lifecycle activities: onboarding, registration, insurance, maintenance, return to service, and disposal.
• Coordinate inspections, maintenance, and repairs with workshops and vendors to minimize downtime.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules to improve fleet reliability.
• Ensure compliance by tracking permits, licences, and regulatory requirements across the fleet.
