Moove is seeking an Asset Coordinator in Dubai to own the lifecycle of every fleet asset, from registration and insurance to maintenance and disposition. You will coordinate maintenance, track compliance, and liaise with workshops and regulators to ensure safety and readiness for operation.
You will work hands-on, maintain audit-ready documentation, and support the Fleet Operations Manager with timely information and actions for bigger fleet decisions.
Moove is building the world’s largest fleet and best-in-class technologies to power mobility platforms. Our flagship Drive-to-Own (DTO) product democratises access to vehicle ownership with a revolutionary revenue-based financing model, enabling underserved mobility entrepreneurs to thrive.
Our global growth has been fuelled by our partnership with Uber and backed by leading investors and lenders, including Uber, Mubadala, BlackRock, and many others. Today, Moove operates the world's largest manned & autonomous ride-hail fleet, with 38k+ vehicles across 29 cities, 13 countries and 6 continents enabled by 2.1k+ employees – Moove continues to expand through strategic partnerships with industry leaders like Uber. We’re transforming mobility to be safer, more efficient, and accessible to all, while creating economic opportunities and supporting skills development in the mobility sector.
As Asset Coordinator, you own the life cycle of every asset in our fleet: each vehicle from registration and insurance through every maintenance visit to its return to service, plus charging equipment, tools and depot inventory. You coordinate maintenance schedules, monitor compliance timelines, manage documentation, and work with vendors and regulatory bodies so every vehicle is safe, legal and ready to operate.
This is a hands‑on coordination role. You will be in the detail every day, keeping systems current, documentation audit‑ready, and the right people informed when something needs attention. You work independently, make the day‑to‑day asset decisions set out below, and make sure the Fleet Operations Manager has accurate, complete information for the bigger ones.
Directly reporting to our Fleet Operations Manager, and closely working with our Operations Team.
Our team is collaborative, positive, curious, and engaged. We think fast, work smart, laugh often, and are looking for like‑minded people to join us in our mission to disrupt vehicle ownership and make financial freedom within reach.
