Moove is seeking an Asset Coordinator to own the lifecycle of every fleet asset—from registration and insurance to maintenance and return to service, plus charging equipment and depot inventory. You’ll coordinate maintenance schedules, monitor compliance timelines, and work with workshops, vendors, and regulators to keep every vehicle safe and ready to operate.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in fleet management, asset coordination, or vehicle operations, preferably in the UAE.
• Valid UAE driving licence, with at least 1 year of driving experience in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of RTA processes and UAE vehicle compliance requirements.
• Good working knowledge of vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repair coordination.
• Experience maintaining accurate records and working with asset management systems, databases, and tracking tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data across multiple systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines without things slipping.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain up-to-date records for fleet assets, charging equipment, tools, depot inventory, and insurance.
• Manage vehicle life cycle: onboarding, registration, insurance, maintenance, return, disposal.
• Coordinate inspections, maintenance, and repairs with workshops and vendors to minimize downtime.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules to improve fleet reliability.
• Keep asset register current and reconcile discrepancies.
• Collect and upload data on costs and liaise with Finance for cost allocation.
• Support fleet-related initiatives as directed by the Fleet Operations Manager.
• Track permits, licenses, and testing authorisations across the fleet.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and renewals; alert for upcoming deadlines.
• Coordinate submissions to regulatory bodies and prepare materials for meetings.
• Maintain complete documentation across compliance and asset management programs.
• Coordinate vendor relationships, track performance, and manage procurement for non-vehicle assets.
