As Asset Coordinator, you own the life cycle of every asset in our fleet: each vehicle from registration and insurance through every maintenance visit to its return to service, plus charging equipment, tools and depot inventory. You coordinate maintenance schedules, monitor compliance timelines, manage documentation, and work with vendors and regulatory bodies so every vehicle is safe, legal and ready to operate. This is a hands‑on coordination role. You will be in the detail every day, keeping systems current, documentation audit‑ready, and the right people informed when something needs attention. You work independently, make the day‑to‑day asset decisions set out below, and make sure the Fleet Operations Manager has accurate, complete information for the bigger ones.
Directly reporting to our Fleet Operations Manager, and closely working with our Operations Team.
