Job summary

XAD Technologies is seeking a Fleet Coordinator-Maintenance in the United Arab Emirates, Dubai. The role focuses on planning regular maintenance for all fleet vehicles, keeping thorough records of all service activities, and coordinating with workshops to minimize downtime.

You will monitor warranty claims, ensure compliance with legal and safety standards, and maintain up-to-date logs for registrations and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Schedule regular maintenance for all fleet vehicles (oil changes, tire rotations, brake checks, etc).
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and service activities
• Coordinate with workshops and vendors for vehicle repairs and breakdowns
• Ensure prompt resolution of vehicle issues to avoid operational disruptions
• Monitor warranty claims and manage service under warranty where applicable
• Ensure all vehicles meet legal, regulatory, and safety compliance standards
• Maintain up-to-date logs of vehicle registrations, inspections, and servicing records
