Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive in the UAE is seeking an experienced Aftermarket/Fleet Aftersales Manager to lead key fleet accounts, drive service contract penetration, and ensure rapid resolution of fleet issues across the UAE.

The role focuses on building long-term relationships with fleet operators, government entities, and rental businesses, coordinating with service centers, bodyshops, and Aftersales teams to deliver superior customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Automotive, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive aftersales, fleet account management, or a customer-facing automotive role.
• Experience with fleet operators, government, leasing, rental, or taxi operators is preferred.
• Solid understanding of automotive aftersales operations and customer service excellence.
• Proficient in MS Office and analytical problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Drive fleet account management and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
• Act as the primary aftersales contact for key fleet customers across the UAE.
• Monitor service delivery and support centers in resolving fleet issues.
• Coordinate breakdowns, recalls, and repair cases for rapid return-to-service.
• Promote service contracts and aftersales solutions to increase retention and revenue.
• Coordinate EV/PHEV/REEV training for customer representatives and teams.
• Collaborate with fleet stakeholders to improve satisfaction and efficiency.
• Support the Aftersales Manager in developing tailored maintenance solutions.
