Al-Futtaim Automotive in the UAE seeks a results-driven Key Account Manager for the Commercial Vehicles team in Sharjah. You will develop and win truck business, build relationships with fleet operators and contractors, and lead the sales cycle end-to-end.

The role requires deep UAE truck market knowledge, experience selling to fleet customers, and strong negotiation and stakeholder management. You’ll report to the Sales Manager - Commercial Vehicles and play a key part in growing market share.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience selling trucks in the United Arab Emirates.
• Experience managing fleet customers, transport companies, logistics operators, and contractors.
• Strong knowledge of UAE truck market.
• Valid UAE driving license.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and win new business opportunities in the truck sector.
• Build relationships with fleet operators and key commercial customers.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, annual sales targets.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand requirements.
• Present vehicle solutions and coordinate demonstrations.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead to payment.
• Maintain accurate customer records and forecasts.
• Support collections when required.
• Gather market intelligence to support growth strategies.
