Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive in Dubai's FAMCO unit seeks a driven Sales Consultant for Commercial Vehicles to grow fleet business, engage with operators, and strengthen our market position in the UAE.

You will own the full sales cycle: prospecting, demonstrations, quotations, orders, delivery, and collections, while using CRM to track opportunities and performance.

A UAE driving license and a proven track record in truck sales are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience selling trucks in the United Arab Emirates.
• Experience managing fleet customers, transport companies, logistics operators, and contractors.
• Strong knowledge of trucks, fleet operations, transport businesses, and the United Arab Emirates truck market.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and win new business opportunities within the truck sector.
• Build strong relationships with fleet operators, logistics companies, transportation businesses, contractors, and key commercial customers.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through active prospecting and customer engagement.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand business requirements and identify sales opportunities.
• Present vehicle solutions, coordinate demonstrations, and support customer test drives.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through quotation, negotiation, order placement, delivery, and payment collection.
• Protect profitability while delivering competitive commercial solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates within the CRM system.
• Support collections activities and follow up on outstanding payments when required.
• Gather market intelligence and competitor information to support business growth strategies.
