Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and guests with warmth and professionalism, reflecting Cloud Spaces' high standards.
• Support new client onboarding — from phone setup and system orientation to personalized reception assistance.
• Manage daily reception operations, including calls, bookings, couriers, meeting rooms, and video conferencing support.
• Provide outstanding customer service, sharing helpful information to enhance each visitor’s experience.
• Operate and maintain communication and IT systems such as IP phones, interactive screens, and booking platforms.
• Work closely with the team and management to maintain a positive, efficient workplace.
