Atlantis The Palm is seeking Reception Managers to deliver five‑star service across its venues. You will greet guests, foster strong relationships with guests, residents, and regulars, and act as a sales ambassador to drive repeat business and new opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a luxury hotel or restaurant in a similar role.
• Clear passion for the Food & Beverage industry and guest experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn in a supportive but disciplined environment.
• Flexible work schedule and ability to work flexible hours.
• Immaculate presentation and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver five‑star customer service to guests.
• Greet guests with a smile and create an unforgettable experience.
• Build strong relationships with guests, local residents, and regulars.
• Act as a sales ambassador, encouraging repeat business and capturing new business.
• Communicate special requests and needs of guests to the restaurant management team.
• Build and manage the guest database in collaboration with PR and marketing teams.
• Communicate upcoming activities, events, initiatives, and promotions to the market.
