Job summary

Paramount Hotels Dubai is seeking a Front Stage Agent to be the main touchpoint for guests from arrival to departure. You will greet guests warmly, register them per policy, and assist with requests throughout their stay, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

The role includes cash handling, including foreign currency exchange and paid-outs, with strict accountability for the cash float. You will keep the Front Stage/Guest Services Desk fully staffed and stocked to meet guest needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a Receptionist/Guest Service role, preferably in an international five-star hotel.
• Bachelor Degree/College Diploma in Hospitality Management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and OPERA PMS.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival, register guests in accordance with established registration policies, and efficiently assist them with any requirements throughout their stay.
• Perform cashiering duties, including foreign currency exchange and paid-outs, while maintaining full accountability for a balanced cash float at all times.
• Ensure the Front Stage/Guest Services Desk is continuously staffed, fully operational, and adequately stocked with all required materials.
