Job summary

Paramount Hotel Dubai is seeking an experienced receptionist to create a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. You will welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and coordinate with departments to anticipate needs.

Deliver warm, professional service, build lasting guest relationships, and uphold our brand values. Proficiency in OPERA PMS and Microsoft Office is required for daily operations in this luxury, international property.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Receptionist/Guest Service position at Front Desk or Front Stage in a large hotel.
• Bachelor Degree/College Diploma in Hospitality Management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and OPERA PMS.

• Create a unique point of contact for guests before, during and after their stay.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest preferences and requests with proactive service.
