Nerkal Building Contracting seeks a skilled Fit Out Foreman to lead on-site interior fit-out projects in the UAE. You will coordinate crews, monitor progress, enforce safety, and ensure workmanship meets client expectations and budget constraints.

Key duties include supervising daily activities, interpreting drawings, coordinating with subcontractors and engineers, and reporting to project managers to keep projects on schedule and within quality standards.

Formación

• Experience as a foreman or similar on fit-out/construction projects.
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• English communication; other languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications accurately.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
