Job summary

UMI is seeking an experienced Foreman for Fit Out Interiors / Joinery to supervise all interior fixings on projects. The candidate should have full knowledge in fit-out and joinery works and possess strong expertise in detailed shop drawings.

Minimum 5 years of related work experience is required. Knowledge of shop drawings and fit-out procedures is essential for successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fit out / Joinery projects.
• Supervise the fit-out works including interior fixings.
• Knowledge about Detailed shop drawings.
• At least 5 years of work experience in the same field & capacity.
• Knowledge of Detailed shop drawings.
• In-depth knowledge of fit-out procedures and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Foreman role to supervise fit-out works and interior fixings.
• Review and oversee detailed shop drawings.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of fit-out procedures and equipment.
• Ensure project adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with teams to deliver interior joinery works.
• Maintain safety and compliance on site.
