Job summary

OIA Interior Design & Fit-Out is seeking a qualified Site Foreman with an engineering background to join its Dubai execution team. You will oversee interior fit-out operations, coordinate site teams and subcontractors, monitor project progress, and maintain a safe and organized work environment throughout the execution phase.

You’ll ensure compliance with shop drawings and project schedules, while leading daily activities to deliver quality outcomes on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years site supervision experience in interior fit-out and construction projects, preferably in UAE.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (mandatory).
• Ability to read and interpret technical shop drawings and layouts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and interior fit-out activities.
• Allocate and manage site manpower while coordinating with subcontractors and trade teams.
• Monitor work progress to ensure compliance with approved shop drawings, project schedules, and quality standards.
• Report daily progress, safety concerns, site issues, and potential delays to the Project Manager.
• Ensure proper handling of materials and maintain a safe, organized site.

Skills & Experience Required

Technical Proficiency

Core Competencies

Valid UAE driving license and ownership of a personal vehicle are mandatory; strong communication, manpower management, and interpersonal skills; professional proficiency in English (Arabic an advantage).
