Job Description:

Our client, a well-established fit-out construction company in Dubai, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure project milestones are met, and maintain high standards of safety and quality. The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in the UAE's fit-out or construction sector and possess a valid UAE driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee fit-out construction projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure all work is done according to project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality, addressing any issues or delays that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times on site.
• Manage and supervise site workers, ensuring they are following project plans and safety guidelines.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be currently based in the UAE.
• A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Construction Management or a related field.
• Experience working on commercial, retail, or residential fit-out projects.
• Knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and standards.
