Job summary

NAFFCO FZCO in Ras Al Khaimah seeks a Project Engineer to lead installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of Fire Fighting Systems, focusing on fire pumps, electric motors, diesel engines and pump controllers with safety and standards compliance.

You will coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, consultants and clients, prepare inspection and testing records, and provide engineering support while adhering to NFPA and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 3–5 years of UAE/GCC experience on fire fighting systems.
• Knowledge of NFPA standards and local firefighting regs preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Execute installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance for Fire Fighting Systems.
• Handle installation and maintenance of fire pumps, electric motors, diesel engines, and pump controllers.
• Perform controller wiring including Star Delta wiring and panel troubleshooting.
• Conduct pump alignment, periodic maintenance, and performance testing.
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients for project execution.
• Prepare maintenance reports, inspection records, and testing documentation.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA, local regulations and company quality procedures.
