Equiti Group in Sharjah, UAE, seeks a Client Support Officer to deliver top-tier service across email, phone, chat, and social channels. You will work closely with Sales to fulfill requests, inform customers about services, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

The role requires flexibility, a strong customer-service mindset, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced fintech setting. Arabic and English fluency, plus knowledge of MS Office and basic MT4/FX understanding, are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business-related.
• Experience in Finance / Banking / Customer Service industries is an advantage.
• Professional Experience in working as an officer in customer support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers via email, phone, live chat and social media.
• Coordinate with Sales to ensure timely and accurate requests are handled.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and send daily confirmations.
• Assist with onboarding and provide guidance on trading platforms and portals.
• Support back-office with financial transactions and document handling.
• Train new staff and assist with daily tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle existing clients account maintenance requests and resolve complaints.
