Job summary

Alaan is seeking a Customer Success professional in Dubai to be the first point of contact for user inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone. The role focuses on understanding customer needs and proposing practical solutions to meet unique business requirements.

You will proactively follow up on issues, suggest product and expense-process improvements, and work cross-functionally with Design and Engineering to enhance the product experience. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in similar roles at prominent startups or scale-ups.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Background in Fintech or B2B SaaS preferred.
• Ability to own problems end-to-end and drive resolution.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact with users via WhatsApp, Email, and Phone.
• Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Proactively follow up on customer-raised issues.
• Suggest product and expense-process improvements from feedback.
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering to improve the product experience.
• Act as a product expert for customers and a customer expert for the product team.
