Marsh Risk is launching a 12-month FINPRO MENA graduate program in Dubai's DIFC. You’ll be mentored and trained, gaining exposure to Financial Lines products and insurance placement while learning how broking and client work operate in a dynamic market.

Ideal candidates hold a related bachelor's degree, have strong English communication, and are eager to develop market knowledge within a supportive, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional background required.
• Strong communication skills in English and proficiency in MS Office.
• Interest in insurance, financial services or risk management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the FINPRO MENA team in day-to-day operations and client deliverables.
• Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Learn the fundamentals of Financial Lines products and insurance placement.
• Support broking and placement activities as you develop market knowledge.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and insurers.
• Contribute to market research and analysis that informs our strategy.
• Participate actively in training and development programs.
