Job summary

Marsh invites graduates to join its Regional Construction Practice at DIFC, supporting client servicing, broking, and business development across the IMEA region. You will assist with portfolio management, prepare client deliverables, and help design reinsurance programs for large projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, Management or a relevant field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
• High levels of organization, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel across the region when required.

Responsibilities

• Support client servicing, broking, and business development activities in a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Assist with client portfolio management and day-to-day servicing.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and key decision makers.
• Assist in design and placement of reinsurance programs for construction projects.
• Prepare client deliverables, including briefing notes, placement documents, and coverage summaries.
• Contribute to client and prospect presentations and attend meetings to support business development.
• Process invoices, premium calculations, policy documentation, and related records.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
