Job summary

Marsh Risk in Dubai is seeking a proactive Client Relationship Management Analyst to join the Trade Credit Insurance practice. You will work closely with clients, insurers and underwriters to develop relationships and support day-to-day portfolio management.

This role offers exposure to client-facing processes, reporting, and use of AI-enabled tools, with opportunities to grow to manage your own client portfolio over time, while collaborating with senior colleagues across the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Experience or internship with client interaction and relationship work is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an existing client portfolio under supervision.
• Assist with revenue booking, quote comparisons and risk information requests.
• Prepare client documentation, reports and presentations.
• Communicate with clients, insurers and underwriters to build relationships.
• Support senior team members to understand client needs and deliver timely help.
• Participate in client, insurer and team meetings and events.
• Learn and use the team’s systems and AI-enabled tools.
• Develop knowledge to gradually manage your own portfolio.
