Career Land Center, LLC is seeking an experienced Chef de Rang for an F&B company in Kuwait. You will manage an assigned station, deliver refined service, and ensure guests have a seamless dining experience.

The ideal candidate brings prior Chef de Rang or senior waiter experience, strong guest-service skills, and the ability to work in high-volume settings while maintaining etiquette and professional appearance. Relocation to Kuwait is required.

Qualifications

• Polished hospitality professional with strong guest focus and service standards.
• Ability to manage a station independently during busy operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest interactions.
• Good problem-solving and attention to detail in fast-paced settings.
• Experience with POS systems is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to Kuwait.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm, professional manner.
• Manage an assigned station and ensure smooth service flow.
• Take and serve orders accurately according to standards.
• Maintain mise en place, cleanliness, and station readiness.
• Demonstrate strong menu knowledge, including allergens.
• Provide upselling recommendations for menu items and beverages.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and service team to ensure timely service.
• Support junior staff during service and follow opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and company procedures are followed.
