Career Land Center, LLC is seeking an experienced Chef de Rang for an F&B company in Kuwait. The role involves managing an assigned station, delivering high-quality service, and ensuring a refined dining experience.

You will coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service teams and support junior staff to maintain standards. The candidate should have strong guest-service, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience in fine dining or international hospitality and a willingness to relocate.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Rang or similar F&B service role.
• Strong guest-service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in fine dining or international hospitality is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to Kuwait.
• Experience with POS systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests professionally and courteously.
• Manage an assigned station and ensure smooth service.
• Take orders accurately and serve according to standards.
• Maintain proper table setup and mise en place.
• Maintain menu knowledge including allergens and specials.
• Upsell menu items, beverages, and promotions.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service team.
• Support junior staff during service.
• Follow opening/closing and hygiene procedures.
