Career Land Center is seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to support senior kitchen leadership for an F&B company in Kuwait. The role focuses on leading daily kitchen operations, maintaining high culinary standards, and guiding the culinary team during busy service periods.

You will supervise food preparation, ensure consistency with recipes, train junior staff, and help manage costs while upholding strict hygiene and HACCP standards. Willingness to relocate to Kuwait is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in senior kitchen roles.
• Experience in high-volume F&B operations.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and safety standards.
• Ability to manage cost controls and inventory.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Kuwait.

Responsabilités

• Support Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Supervise food preparation, mise en place, cooking, plating, and service readiness.
• Ensure dishes are prepared according to company standards and recipes.
• Lead and coach junior chefs to improve performance.
• Monitor quality, portions, timing and presentation.
• Assist with menu execution, new dishes, and seasonal specials.
• Maintain hygiene, HACCP standards, and cleanliness at all times.
• Monitor stock levels, rotation, wastage, storage, and kitchen organization.
• Assist with ordering, inventory control, and cost-conscious practices.
• Coordinate with service, stewarding, purchasing and management teams.
