Job summary

Career Land Center, LLC is seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in leading kitchen operations for an F&B company in Kuwait. You will supervise culinary teams, ensure consistent quality, and manage food safety, cost controls, and service readiness across outlets.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive kitchen experience, and the ability to adapt to a high-paced environment while maintaining standards and profitability. Relocation to Kuwait is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous executive-level kitchen leadership experience in hospitality or high-volume F&B operations.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, hygiene, and kitchen compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations across outlets.
• Supervise and motivate the culinary team to maintain high food quality and consistency.
• Ensure dishes are prepared, cooked, and presented to company standards and recipes.
• Oversee mise en place, production planning, and service readiness.
• Monitor kitchen workflow during busy periods to ensure timely operations.
• Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials; uphold presentation standards.
• Maintain strict hygiene and cost controls, inventory, and wastage reduction.
