Job summary

CARS24 in Dubai is seeking an F I Agent to own the end-to-end customer journey from car reservation through financing, insurance, registration and delivery. You will coordinate with bankers, insurers and internal teams to ensure fast, accurate processing and a delightful customer experience.

The role requires strong attention to documentation, multitasking under pressure and excellent communication to keep all stakeholders aligned across CRM and loan portals.

Qualifications

• Experience of 2+ years in auto finance, banking, car dealerships or loan processing operations.
• Strong coordination skills across customers, bankers and internal operations.
• Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously under turnaround pressure.
• High documentation accuracy and process orientation.
• Strong communication, follow-up and escalation judgment.

Responsibilities

• Post‑Reservation Customer Management: primary contact after car reservation guiding through financing, docs, insurance and registration.
• Financing and Banker Coordination: collect and submit documents, fast‑track loan approvals, ensure 100% documentation completeness.
• Insurance and Registration Coordination: coordinate insurance issuance and track registrations within SLA.
• Internal Stakeholder Coordination: align with QC, Inspection, Registration, Logistics and Banking leads.
• Delivery Enablement: track readiness for delivery across financing, registration and QC to ensure smooth delivery.
