Job summary

Al Tayer Group is seeking a Finance & Insurance specialist to offer, sell and administer F&I products on the showroom floor in the United Arab Emirates. You will identify customer needs, present F&I options, and work with Sales to quote F&I options before deals close.

The role requires 3–4 years in car sales/finance/insurance, a degree in any discipline, and a keen eye for detail. You will prepare quotations, manage records, and report on F&I performance to management.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline is required.
• 3–4 years solid experience in car sales, finance or insurance markets, GCC market preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, process driven with good planning and organizing skills.
• Excellent communication with customers at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Offer, sell and administer the sale of Finance & Insurance products to meet monthly targets.
• Identify customer needs and present F&I options with complete information.
• Coordinate with Sales to offer F&I options before deal closure.
• Prepare quotations and file records accurately.
• Inform customers about terms, conditions, exclusions and benefits.
• Gather proofs for banks and secure credit line before vehicle release.
• Reconcile bank commissions and maintain a daily financial log.
• Maintain deal records and monitor referral types, funding sources, and sales incentives.
• Provide performance data on F&I penetrations to Showroom/Sales Manager.

Job description

To offer, sell and administer the sale of Finance and Insurance (F&I) products in order to achieve the finance and insurance penetration targets and enhance the sales process on the sales floor

Responsibilities

Functional Roles and Responsibilities

• Carry out F&I procedures in accordance with pre agreed processes so that targets for New Finance & Insurance and Renewal Insurance are met on a monthly basis throughout ATM.
• Identify customer needs, recommend F&I options, provide complete information to ensure customers make an informed choice.
• Liaise with all the Sales departments to ensure all the retail customers are offered and quoted F&I options prior to conclusion of the deal.
• Prepare quotations for the customer deals and file all the records appropriately
• Ensure that customers are fully informed regarding terms and conditions of each contract and are aware of any exclusions or benefits that may be relevant prior to purchase
• Collect all proofs required by the supporting bank and secure the credit line prior to a vehicle being released by the sales department
• Reconcile the commission payable from supporting banks against each deal and keep a financial control log on a daily basis
• Keep records of each deal on the sales floor and monitor the commission, type of referral, the original funding source and the conversion rate for each individual salesperson.
• Provide information on individual salesperson achievement regarding F&I penetrations and referral grades to the Showroom/Sales Manager on a periodic basis.

Qualification & Experience

• Degree in any discipline or through automotive vocational route
• 3 – 4 years solid experience in car sales, finance or insurance markets in association with the motor industry as a whole or GCC market
• Good attention to detail, process driven and efficient planning and organizing skills.
• A pleasing personality is needed as you will be communicating with customers at all levels
