Job summary

Asset Living in Dubai is seeking a skilled real estate finance professional to model property performance, underwrite acquisitions, and prepare analytical reports.

You will review budgets vs pro forma, value assets on historical performance, and compile due diligence information for new and existing investments.

The role requires advanced Excel skills, strong analytical thinking, and clear written and verbal communication to support monthly reporting and projections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Economics, or Business or related field.

Requirements

• Bachelor and/or Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field preferred
• Past operational experience in residential property management, preferably in student housing
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and ability to manipulate large data sets
• Excellent critical reasoning, quantitative, and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Entrata software
