Our client, a Dubai-based real estate development company, is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial analysis, modeling, and planning for development projects. The role involves hands-on Feasibility assessments, budgeting, and interaction with investors and internal stakeholders in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

The team prioritizes financial discipline and long-term value creation, requiring strong analytical capabilities and clear communication with senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate development or related environment.
• Fluent in English and Russian; Russian mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for real estate development projects.
• Support investment analysis, feasibility studies, and scenario modeling.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Prepare financial reports and materials for investors and senior management.
• Participate in discussions with investors and external partners as required.
• Support management in financial decision-making related to development activities.
