Job summary

Asset Living in Dubai is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to oversee affordable housing compliance across an assigned portfolio, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and agency requirements. You will guide regulatory interpretations, mentor the team, and coordinate with clients and syndicators.

The role emphasizes accurate reporting, pre-onsite audits, action plans for non-compliant properties, and training initiatives to elevate team performance.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in affordable housing compliance or property management.
• Thorough knowledge of affordable housing programs, regulations, and agency requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead others.
• Ability to travel occasionally to properties, client meetings, and training events.
