Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a senior finance leader in Dubai to oversee accounting, reporting and control across multiple group companies. You will supervise the finance team, ensure accurate month-end and year-end closes, and drive standardization, policies and internal controls.

You will coordinate external audits, tax compliance, and budgeting while delivering timely management reports. A strong ERP focus and process improvements are essential to support growth in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant accounting and finance experience in a multi-company/group environment with supervisory responsibilities.
• Hands-on experience with ERP implementations, process improvements, and finance automation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with senior management on day-to-day accounting, finance and reporting for multiple companies.
• Lead, supervise and review the accounting & finance team; allocate tasks and ensure backup coverage.
