Job summary

Tanqeeb in the UAE is seeking an experienced Chief Accountant to lead our finance team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliant financial reporting, and coordinate with auditors.

You should have at least five years of accounting experience, strong VAT knowledge, proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
• Experience with VAT and tax matters in UAE preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations
• Prepare financial statements and management reports
