Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks a Senior Controller to lead accounting and finance in a Dubai-based business within the industrial sector. You will oversee consolidation across multiple entities, drive budgeting and forecasting, and ensure regulatory compliance while strengthening internal controls.

You will manage a 10+ team, coordinate with auditors, and provide financial insights for strategic decisions. CPA/ACCA candidates preferred; experience in Africa is a MUST.

Qualifications

• A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Strong background in accounting and finance within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Multi entity and territory experience
• Experience managing large teams
• Experience in Africa is a MUST
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are advantageous.
• Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
• Proven experience in managing financial operations within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Effective leadership and communication abilities.
