Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks a Head of Finance to shape financial performance and governance in Abu Dhabi. You will partner with the CEO and leadership to deliver robust financial insight, oversee accounting, close processes, budgeting, FP&A and controls across the organization.

You will coordinate with Group Finance, manage working capital, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with governance standards while supporting strategic investments and business transformation programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• 5+ years in a senior finance leadership role within aviation, aerospace, MRO or asset-heavy industries.
• Proven finance business partnering and performance management experience.
• Experience operating in matrix organizations.
• Experience supporting strategic investments and transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all finance activities including receivables, payables, payroll and accounting.
• Lead monthly/annual close, reporting to Group Finance and governance bodies.
• Provide financial insight, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Drive FP&A, budgeting, and performance management efforts.
• Manage cash flow, working capital and treasury interfaces.
• Maintain strong financial controls and governance across the org.
• Partner with operations and commercial teams on contracts, pricing and profitability.
• Support audit coordination and group reporting actions.
• Coordinate with CEO, leadership team and Abu Dhabi Aero on financial matters.
• Drive process improvements in data, systems and controls.
• Engage with multi-entity/group structures and cross-functional stakeholders.
