Job summary

Hiry Agency is seeking a Finance Manager to be the main contact for all financial operations within the Hiry network. You will maintain the weekly P&L, ensure timely client invoicing, and tightly track the P&L while coordinating with the Talent Acquisition and Customer Success teams.

Responsibilities include reconciling in Xero, invoicing clients and candidates, managing inboxes and payments, and producing weekly financial snapshots for leadership review.
