Qualifications

• 7 years of progressive accounting experience with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
• CPA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent professional certification required.
• Strong command of FRS standards, financial controls and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Netsuite, Zoho, Dynamics or similar) and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data to stakeholders.

Prepare and present accurate monthly quarterly and annual financial statements to Management & nit Heads.
Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and internal audit requirements
Develop and maintain internal controls policies and procedures to safeguard company assets
Partner with CFO and department heads on budgeting forecasting and strategic financial planning
Leverage digital tools and ERP systems to streamline accounting workflows and reporting efficiency
Requirements* 7 years of progressive accounting experience with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership
* Proven track record managing hybrid or distributed teams with a focus on engagement and performance
* CPA ACCA CMA or equivalent professional certification required
* Strong command of FRS standards financial controls and regulatory compliance frameworks
