Brand Agency London, based in the UAE, is seeking a remote Finance Coordinator to drive fiscal compliance, manage accounts payable/receivable pipelines, and track expenditure metrics for a fast-moving consumer portfolio.

The role is part-time and fully virtual, requiring an analytical, precise finance professional with strong spreadsheet skills and experience with cloud ERP systems to support monthly closings and budget forecasting.

Qualifications

• A university degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in corporate financial operations; FMCG/retail/beauty industry experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with accounting software and cloud ERP platforms; strong spreadsheet skills.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities; capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written English for remote collaboration with global teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Ledger Control & Ledger Reconciliation; manage AP/AR processing.
• Prepare and review monthly bank reconciliations and cash flow reports.
• Track regional expenses and ensure compliance with international accounting policies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes; assist with data automation.
