Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, financial planning or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and internal controls.
• Excellent analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/financial management systems.
• Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and cash flow monitoring.
• Prepare and review management accounts, financial reports and performance summaries.
• Analyze financial results, identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability and working capital.
• Maintain accurate financial records, reconciliations and supporting documentation.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and routine financial administration.
• Support financial controls, policies, procedures and risk management activities.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, external accountants and stakeholders.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure financial activities comply with applicable accounting standards and company requirements.
• Provide financial analysis to support business planning and strategic decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy, cost efficiency and finance workflows.
