Job summary

Apex Employment Services is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to install, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise IT solutions at client sites across the United Arab Emirates. You will ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure and maintain documentation.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on IT support, relevant certifications, and familiarity with Windows Server, Linux, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, CCNA, or MCSA are advantageous.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on enterprise IT support experience, including field service roles.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux, and networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware failures, software conflicts, and network connectivity issues in a corporate environment.

• Respond to and resolve critical technical incidents and service requests, minimizing downtime and impact on business operations.
• Document all technical procedures, configurations, and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system for knowledge sharing and future reference.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Possession of industry-recognized certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, CCNA, or MCSA is highly advantageous.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise IT support, with a proven track record in field service roles.
