Job summary

Apex Employment Services is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to install, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise IT solutions at client sites across the United Arab Emirates. You will ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure and maintain documentation.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on IT support, relevant certifications, and familiarity with Windows Server, Linux, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, CCNA, or MCSA are advantageous.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on enterprise IT support experience, including field service roles.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux, and networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware failures, software conflicts, and network connectivity issues in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise IT solutions at client sites.
• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnostics on network devices, servers, and workstations.
• Respond to critical incidents and service requests to minimize downtime.
• Document procedures, configurations, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
