Job summary

Confidential Company in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an experienced IT professional to manage and maintain the organization’s network infrastructure, including routers, switches and firewalls, to ensure optimal performance and security.

You will provide expert desktop support, administer Active Directory with Group Policy, and implement network security protocols to protect against threats, while troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring secure access for users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 2-5 years of hands-on desktop support and network administration experience.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and network security principles.

Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Hold relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA, demonstrating foundational knowledge. Have a minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in desktop support and network administration roles. Possess a strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and network security principles.
