Job summary

Bayut & dubizzle is seeking an Account Manager - Partner Success & Sales to manage a portfolio of used car dealer partners, understand their business needs, and upsell relevant services. The role focuses on partner retention, service adoption, and mutual revenue growth.

You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless partner experience, leveraging CRM tools and bilingual communication in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

Minimum of secondary education.
2–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
Familiarity with the automotive industry and CRM tools.
Excellent English and Arabic communication and ability to build B2B relationships.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of partners and maintain strong relationships.
Identify opportunities and pitch financing, insurance, and car evaluation services to partners.
Drive service adoption to increase penetration and generate commission revenue.
Onboard new partners and train them to use the platform effectively.
Collaborate with sales, operations, product, and support to ensure a smooth partner experience.
