Job summary

Bayut & dubizzle is seeking a proactive Dealer Relationship Executive to manage and market dealer accounts across the UAE. You will deliver quality client service and develop relationships that generate contracts in line with our credit risk and profitability models.

You will build dealer networks, hit monthly targets, and ensure active participation in auctions, while maintaining timely CRM updates and strong knowledge of GCC used-car trends.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
3–5 years of vehicle sales/management experience.
Valid UAE driver's license.
In-depth knowledge of the used car market.
Strong negotiation and sales skills.
Analytical, data-driven with segmentation skills.
Ability to meet KPIs and drive commercial results.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with dealers by delivering high-quality service.
Manage and market dealer relationships to hit quality, pricing, and volume targets.
Maintain logs of dealer visits and feedback.
Achieve monthly sales targets and margins.
Negotiate to secure highest margins for the company.
Update the system on time.
Meet dealers weekly to strengthen relationships.
Engage with dealers in auctions.
Design dealer segregation.
