Confidential Company is seeking a Field Sales Executive to support urgent sales opportunities, events, and retail operations across multiple locations in the UAE. The role requires a dynamic, adaptable individual who can handle urgent requirements, market visits, and special customer cases while maintaining store performance.

The candidate will cover events, respond to inquiries, and contribute to smooth retail functions with a focus on achieving KPIs and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT, Telecom or Sales & Marketing.
• 3–5 years in quality assurance, retail or customer service.
• 2+ years leadership, coaching and performance.
• TDRA regulations and CPR compliance.
• Familiarity with AI tech and process optimization.
• Strong reporting and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Address urgent requests from authorities and events.
• Capture sales opportunities outside regular operations.
• Provide temporary retail staff coverage to ensure continuity.

The Field Sales Executive FSE will provide flexible on-demand support for urgent sales opportunities special requests and retail operations This role requires a dynamic and adaptable individual capable of handling urgent requirements including market visits sales support and special customer cases across various locations The FSE will cover tasks related to specific events customer needs or urgent requests ensuring minimal disruption to shop operations and contributing to smooth retail functions

Key Accountabilities

• Address urgent requests from authorities and special events (e.g., UAE Humanitarian Center, iPhone launches).
• Capture sales opportunities outside regular shop operations.
• Provide temporary coverage for retail staff to ensure continuous store operations.
• Assist with customer inquiries, order fulfillment, and maintaining service standards.
• Conduct market visits to gather insights and support retail operations.
• Report on competitive activities, customer behavior, and emerging sales opportunities.
• Assist with event logistics and maximize sales during product launches or festivals.
• Provide regular updates and reports on field activities, sales, and customer interactions.

Qualifications, experience, skills and competencies:

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor degree in IT, Telecom or Sales and Marketing.

Experience:

• Experience3-5 years in quality assurance, ideally in retail or customer service.
• 2+ years of team leadership experience, focused on coaching and performance.
• Knowledge of TDRA regulations and CPR compliance.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and process optimization.
• Strong experience in reporting, performance analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
