Job summary

Ventures Middle East in Dubai is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee fieldwork for market research studies. You will recruit, train, and manage field staff, ensuring data is collected on time and to quality standards.

You will coordinate with the Project Manager, monitor performance, and report progress to clients, while maintaining budgets and timelines across qualitative and quantitative studies. The role requires Arabic and English fluency, a background in research, and a hands-on approach

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or statistics.
• 2–4 years in a market research agency.
• Arabic language mandatory; fluent in English.
• Proven experience in market research, data quality control, or related role.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Solid knowledge of research methodologies and data collection techniques.
• Familiarity with data cleaning, validation, and manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the existing pool of interviewers and mystery shoppers, monitor availability and deployment.
• Conduct pilot interviews and report findings to the Project Manager/Operations Manager.
• Ensure field teams understand project objectives, methodology, and scripts.
• Review project documents for accuracy and alignment with requirements.
• Monitor fieldwork, identify issues, and report to Field Manager/Operations Manager.
• Monitor interviewer performance and compliance with requirements.
• Provide feedback to interviewers and shoppers to ensure quality.
• Assist with quality control and validation of interviews/visits.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and field status.
• Conduct interviews or field visits to support continuity.
• Prepare interviewer/shoppers' quota sheets and allocation plans.
• Ensure fieldwork follows methodology, timelines, quotas, and quality standards.
• Support the Field Manager in achieving targets while maintaining quality.
