Job summary

Ventures Middle East seeks a Field Supervisor to oversee fieldwork for market research studies. You will recruit, train, and manage field staff, ensure quality control, and deliver data within the agreed timeline and budget.

You will provide regular client updates and coordinate with Project/Operations Managers. Required is a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or statistics, plus 2–4 years in market research; Arabic is mandatory and English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or statistics.
• 2–4 years in a market research agency.
• Arabic language mandatory; fluency in English.
• Experience in data quality control or a related role.
• Knowledge of research methodologies and data collection techniques.
• Familiarity with data cleaning, validation and manipulation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manage the existing pool of interviewers and mystery shoppers, including availability, performance, deployment, and recruitment when required to meet fieldwork targets.
• Conduct pilot interviews and report findings to the Project Manager/Operations Manager.
• Ensure field teams understand project objectives, methodology, questionnaire, and fieldwork requirements.
• Review project documents to ensure accuracy and alignment with approved questionnaire/script and requirements.
• Monitor fieldwork activities; report any issues to Field Manager/Operations Manager.
• Monitor interviewer and mystery shopper performance for quality and adherence to methodology.
• Provide feedback to interviewers and shoppers to maintain quality standards.
• Assist in quality control and validation processes, reviewing completed interviews/visits for quality issues.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, fieldwork status, and targets to Field Manager/Operations Manager.
