Job summary

Ventures Middle East in Dubai seeks a Quantitative Researcher to lead both qualitative and quantitative studies for UAE and MENA markets. You will design surveys, conduct desk research, perform data analysis, and present actionable insights to clients across sectors.

The role emphasizes research quality, timely delivery within budgets, and proactive client liaison. A 3–5 year track record in quantitative research, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, and fluency in English and Arabic are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
3–5 years of quantitative research experience is required.
Experience designing and executing quantitative/qualitative studies is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee the entire research process from start to finish with the Senior Research team.
Design research tools for quantitative and qualitative studies.
Design briefs, moderation planning, sampling, analysis plans, and report templates.
Ensure quality control and documentation across projects.
Manage timelines and budgets with the Project Manager.
Conduct desk research to add value to reports and client understanding of UAE/MENA markets.
Report writing and presenting study results to the client.
