Job summary

Finkraft.ai is building its UAE hospitality go-to-market engine in Dubai, focusing on enabling a field team to achieve higher productivity through territory planning, CRM discipline, and timely follow-ups. The role does not involve direct selling or senior hotel relationship management, but rather operates a field support system from a remote command-centre.

Responsibilities include planning, managing, and closing the day with precise logging, escalation of hot leads, and daily Plan vs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a field-based team with measurable productivity gains.
• Fluency with a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, LeadSquared) or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and numerical skills; comfortable with dashboards and daily metrics.
• Assertive, process-minded, and capable of coaching junior team members.
• Willingness to travel across Dubai and operate largely from a remote command-centre setup.
• Based in Dubai/UAE or able to relocate immediately; valid UAE or DIFC work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Plan the day: review CRM data, prioritize accounts, assign hotels, set daily targets.
• Manage the day: track coverage, identify objections and hot leads, coach on outcomes.
• Ensure follow-through: log meaningful interactions, escalate hot leads immediately.
• Close the day: produce a daily Plan vs. Actual summary and outline priorities for the next day.
